Manto property is situated in Apandima, 100 metres from the sea and 8 km from the small, picturesque town of Kastro (Antiparos). Lively in high season, the town has a very attractive waterfront harbour with tavernas, bars, small supermarkets and shops. There are a number of lovely deserted beaches around the island, which are mainly sandy, few of which are only accessible by boat. The island hosts several festivals throughout the summer months, including the Festival of the patron saint, Agia Marina, on 16th July.

Villa and Windmill

The accommodation consists of a 3 storey villa and a windmill which are connected by a large terrace (500 m2) with a sea-water swimming pool. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and has dining areas with barbecue and a traditional outdoor oven, where you can even bake your own bread. From any part of the villa, you can admire the breathtaking view to the sea and can enjoy its terraces and balconies, for relaxing with a morning coffee, an evening drink or candlelit dinner under the stars.

The villa is built in traditional Cycladic style with whitewashed walls and blue doors, blending with white painted wooden furniture and beautiful Greek stone flooring. The windmill is a real, authentic, and functioning windmill, and its roof, with exposed wooden details, is visible from the charming master bedroom on the first floor. The villa is equipped with satellite TV, telephone, fax, stereo and fast internet access. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and TVs.

A little, beautiful, private church is the final touch that makes the villa adorable. Built almost in the rocks and right by the sea, it stands outs with its white colour and Cycladic design.

Because of unprotected terraces and stairs, the villa is best suited for children over the age of 5 years. Private parking is provided.
